Bart started his career at ISAAC immediately after successfully having completed his education in Technical Informatics in 2006. To date, he enjoys a nice position as a dotCMS and Java developer for projects that are primarily financial. Over the years, Bart has added multiple Sun certifications to his collection. Bart is always up to date with the latest trends, for both mobile and desktop.
‘Quality above quantity!' That is Bart’s motto. Once he started as a developer of Magento e-commerce solutions, he has never lost this passion. As Head of Operations, he is responsible for everything related to logistics at ISAAC: providing high-quality solutions on time and within budget, and this for many projects at the same time. Melanie just finished her studies ICT & Software Engineering (Cum Laude!) and after her internship at ISAAC she decided to stay. PHP enthusiast Melvin strengthens our PHP Chapter’ commerce team. He has thorough knowledge of Magento, Drupal and Symfony. In his free time he deep dives in web development in techniques he does not normally work with. Being an experienced DevOps programmer and back-end guru, Merijn fits right in at ISAAC. His specialty is developing everything from monoliths to microservices and keeping these safely in cloud environments. Java comes to him as natural as his mother tongue.
Having been active in the payment industry for a decade, in the spring of 2019 Michael switched over to ISAAC. He recently carried out research at Nyenrode Business University into strategic options for Open Banking Platforms within the framework of the MBA Business & IT. His focus is on platform development and ecosystem development, trends in the financial industry and on the options of changed rules and regulations such as PSD2 and how companies can make clever use of this.
Michiel is the proud owner of this years ISAACs ISAAC Scholarship. At the moment Michiel is doing his Master in Computer Science and Engineering at the TU/e. Even at his young age he has plenty of experience in the typical front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, but also back-end languages Java and Python are well known to him. Whether he will choose the direction of front-end or back-end he isn't entirely sure about yet. He is passionate about both!

He passionately coordinates the technical side of our Java based projects and seamlessly translates every business case into correct requirements and architecture. Paul has mastered various techniques and programming languages which he uses to develop server-side and back-end solutions within the e-finance department. Paul is also involved in designing solutions on the AWS cloud platform.
As a front-end developer, Paulina is an all-around in one. HTML, CSS or Javascript, she turns everything into good looking front. She also knows her way around PHP. At ISAAC she mainly works on Magento webshops in our e-commerce branch.
Peter is what you call a multi functional developer. He masters several programming languages, is not concerned about a middleware integration question and easily assembles a webshop. Due to his Agile approach, always within scope!
Peter is an experienced Zend Certified PHP engineer and at ISAAC he deepens into back-end solutions. At the moment he works with Magento and also frameworks like Symfony hold no secrets for him. Also without using a framework he tackles any challenge. Whilst developing he focuses on writing safe software, always according to the DRY (don't repeat yourself) principle.

Ralph is an ISAAC front-ender, mainly engaging himself to projects for customers that are active in the financial market. Be it in Javascript, HTML or CSS, Ralph turns every question into a good looking, safe solution. Preferably perfectly expandable and re-usable. Whenever he sees a chance, he seizes the opportunity to develop in Node.js.
Remon is a Software architect in heart and soul. He manages Java based projects and invariably keeps the customers goal in sight. "The art is to ask the right questions, therewith clarifying all needs and ideas". Remon enjoys ingenious solutions, preferably keeping it as simple as possible.
With his enthusiasm, Ric knows how to motivate his team optimally and thus develops the best solution for the customer. Fontys student Ricardo is completely into security. Being an intern at ISAAC, he develops a security dashboard in which data from all different security tools come together. In short: safety is everything.
Rob is a first-class lead software developer. His rich experience makes him in total control when it comes to Java Enterprise issues. He is very ambitious and likes to master the newest techniques. For example, he has recently added difficult certifications from Oracle and Red Hat to his portfolio. Phyton, C# and PHP also fit perfectly within his range of expertise and he takes over when a release is implemented.
Rob develops innovative Java applications on a daily basis for our clients from the financial sector. Meanwhile, he has confirmed his knowledge by attaining various Oracle certifications, which appear to be quite easy for him.
Ronald is solid as a rock in the development of front-end solutions. When it comes to user experiences he knows all the ins and outs, no front-end trend is missed. He is also right on top of things when a new ISAAC solution goes into production. But before it comes to that, he checks the solution from head to toe, looking for any bugs.
With unbounded enthusiasm, Rudy goes for the full 100% each day in helping new and existing clients with their (online) business challenges. He has years of experience and uniquely knows which complex challenges the current-day IT runs up against. Over the years, he has developed himself into an expert in the areas of e-business and integration. Rudy also knows how to perfectly advise the client when it concerns Virtual- or Augmented Reality.

As a Project Manager, Sebastiaan enthusiastically steers projects in the right direction. Because of his broad interest in the combination of business and IT, he knows how to use digitization effectively and make changes a reality. With his vast experience in the financial business, Sebastiaan feels completely at home in the Finance team of ISAAC. Sebastiaan doesn’t shy away from a good substantive discussion. Sjoerd is an adept Java developer. With many years of experience at ISAAC and a well-stocked set of Sun and Oracle certifications, back-end implementation and architecting are a piece of cake for him. His specialty is application security and he ensures that every solution survives his feared security scans.

Secretly he also knows his way well around different Adobe packages, like Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. With his predilection for back-end programming, Sjors fits right in to our Java chapter. There he builds safe solutions for our clients in the e-finance sector. As his personal development is important to him, he hopes to quickly add his next certificate to his list.
Toon is the linchpin among the client, the Service Desk and our PHP team. With his specific PHP knowledge, our Magento applications are always perfectly maintained by him. He proactively hunts down possible malfunctions so that every Magento platform works like a charm. What’s more, he is at home in the world of infrastructure and uses that knowledge to support the Magento team and the Service Desk.
No hacker stands a chance against Valentijn. Our security- as well as software architect has total responsibility regarding security management. Think here of development life cycles, security architecture and the continuous updating for the purpose of safe environments. He also makes sure that the right knowledge and skills are present and are transferred within ISAAC. The OWASP security guidelines and the PCI-DSS standards hold no secrets for him.
After his successful internship at ISAAC, Wei stayed and started his software developer career. This expert is like a spider in his web in our Java team where he works on good solutions for our financial customers.
This enthusiastic and inquisitive intern is Wessel. He is currently studying Software Development at Fontys Hogescholen. With his knowledge of C #, Java, PHP, Javascript and various Adobe design programs, he fits all markets. During his time at ISAAC, Wessel developes a meeting room display in which the availability of various meeting rooms can be seen and is always up-to-date.
Wieke makes sure all ISAAC public relations and communication outings are 100% in order. Interesting and sparkling texts for all ISAAC media are in good hands with Wieke. After all, content is king!
Once he started as a PHP developer, with in addition some app development, Wouter soon discovered that ‘mobile’ really is his domain. As a Mobile Architect at ISAAC, Wouter knows how to effectively advise clients and colleagues and help them with app development. He has broad knowledge about iOS with Swift and Objc, Android with Java and Kotlin or hybrid and cross platform solutions such as Cordova, Ionic and Xamarin.
Back-end development for multiple websites at the same time with EJB3 and/or J2EE: as Sun-certified Java developer, this is a piece of cake for Xander. He is also in charge of the technical management of our international dotCMS projects and he is the leader of the ISAAC dotCMS expertise team. He is able to magically transform every high-minded workshop into a fun pizza session.
Yasin is always up to date with the newest technologies. Especially content management systems receive his attention. DotCMS is his favourite here and he enthusiastically applies his skills to projects at ISAAC. With his solid Java knowledge, he connects every CMS seamlessly to the desired back-end systems.
