The search almost always starts online. This is an important principle for Baderie when it comes to guiding the consumer towards making a purchase in one of our country’s forty-nine Baderie showrooms.

Supporting the purchasing process
ISAAC has developed a completely new website for Baderie, which facilitates the entire decision-making process. From the initial ideas that come up at home on the sofa, the orientation phase and the design phase to the eventual purchase. The consumer is inspired and guided throughout this entire process, to make sure that that incredible Baderie bathroom or Baderie toilet actually becomes a reality. After all, Baderie knows that the final step of the process is 'to enjoy' – that’s what it’s all about!
Unique on the market
ISAAC has integrated a wide range of tools to realise mood presentations, a 3D design program and a webshop with which the entire bathroom or toilet can be compiled, including the installation. This makes Baderie’s website unique on the market. The site has three levels to differentiate between consumer wishes: product, product combination and complete room design. Each target audience gets exactly what it wants.
Inspire, retain, tempt
Baderie’s goal is to inspire and retain its website visitors and to draw consumers to their showrooms. Consumer information acquired from visits to the site, for example when someone requests a brochure, creates a 3D design or schedules an appointment, is automatically stored in a single, clear database. This database is part of the Extranet and allows the various Baderie branches to retain consumers from their local area. It also offers a wide range of statistics, which can be used for monitoring.
Conversion massively improved
The conversion figures show that seventeen percent of all website or showroom visitors who fill out their personal information also engage in a sales pitch. This rate is usually just two or three percent.
