Ingenico Payment Services wanted to offer merchants on the German market the opportunity to make use of various payment solutions. For this group of clients, ISAAC has developed a portal that offers merchants online insight into their payment transactions, terminals and payment options. Merchants can access all this information through the Kundenportal. They can also download digital statements and modify commercial messages on the receipts and terminals.
Such a large number of users leads to new opportunities, such as Cross-Selling and Upselling. Offering new products can also be pushed through the portal. Statements, payment transactions and invoices no longer have to be sent through traditional mail. The business case was drawn up in no time.
